Polar Adventures follows the governments guidelines and regulations at all times.
With Close Cooperation With the municipality, we are at all times updated regarding measures against Covid-19.
On every tour our employees and our guests shall wear a mask. We ask our guest to bring their own mask, but if you are not able to procure one, we will provide one for you. The mask shall be used at all times during the tours.
On our tours we will at all times keep a one meter distance and have maximum number of guests.
Before and after every tour we disinfects contact surfaces and we ask our guest to frequently disinfect their hands.
The guides for each tour will inform you about the rules and guidelines for that specific tour, we expect our guest to follow these guidelines provided by the guide.
Before a tour if you feel sick and/or have any of the symptoms of Covid-19, we ask you to not attend the tour. Contact our customer support and inform us about the situation. If you feel sick and/or have any of the symptoms after a tour, we ask you to stay inside our home/hotel/Airbnb and contact us immidiately.
Please bring a mask to every tour, if you are not able to procure one, we will provide one for you.
By following these guidelines and all of us working together, we can contribute to defeat the coronavirus and at the same time experience the wonders the nature has to offer. We are looking foward to meeting you!
